Christian Creative Housing grew from the lived experience of carrying a creative gift while trying to build a stable life. Our Christian faith motivates us to serve our neighbors through responsible housing stewardship; it is not a test for receiving housing.
Why this mission exists
For many creatives, rising living costs make it hard to keep developing their work and building a stable future.
Christian Creative Housing exists to support working creatives through the real stages of life. We believe creativity can build, encourage, communicate, worship, solve problems, and bring beauty into the world.
When housing becomes unstable or unaffordable, creative work can get pushed aside. CCH was created to help change that.

Life does not stay in one stage forever. A creative may begin needing a simple Offset Housing™ home while developing their craft. Later, their work, household, responsibilities, and housing needs may change.
Our heart is to keep Offset Housing™ available through those changing seasons — so creatives do not have to choose between a stable home and the work God has entrusted to them.
